Ms. JJ Miller
Many people focus on how long it takes to become a success. In her own unique way JJ Miller demonstrated it’s not a matter of years, it’s a matter of style. By stacking the blocks of success on a solid foundation of genuine kindness, caring and respect, she achieved success on so many levels early in her Real Estate career. Featured on the cover and in a six page spread of Real Estate Magazine at the peak of the Atlanta condo market is just one of her achievements.
She started her real estate career with The Condo Store at a time when high rise living was new to the Atlanta Area. Having lived in high rises in the Buckhead area, it was very natural for her to help buyers transition to high rise living. She was an integral part of The Condo Store’s first on site, resale high rise venture at The Villa, Grandview and Oaks of Buckhead. (All high rises)
After some time with Coldwell Banker who purchased the Condo Store, JJ joined Harry Norman. It was there she gained extensive insight into marketing luxury properties.
She joined Palmer House Properties when the company was young and continues to help buyers and sellers in all residential areas of real estate.
JJ moved to Myrtle Beach August 1, 2016 and continues to work in real estate at Carolina Realty & Associates. She is still licensed in Georgia. After securing Long Bay Villas on site sales office for her company, along with her partner, Karen, they continue to market and sell this community at a rapid pace.
JJ is a Lifetime Million Dollar Club Producer, Phoenix Award Recipient, Diamond Society Recipient and Professional Realtor of the Year Recipient.
Karen has worked in real estate sales for two years but has been in property management for the last twenty years.
She worked in education for 18 years but decided to move in the direction of sales when she retired from the school system.
Karen moved to the North Myrtle Beach area in 2013 and instantly fell in love with the coastal atmosphere.
Her motto has always been “LOVE” where you live.
