	DuRant Martin Originally from Lancaster, SC DuRant moved to Mullins, SC in 1975 where he graduated from Mullins High School in 1981. He then moved to Myrtle Beach where he attended Coastal Carolina University studying Business Administration and Horry Georgetown Technical College studying Real Estate enabling him to successfully pass and acquire his real estate license at the age of 18. DuRant presently retains a Brokers License in both North Carolina and South Carolina. He has a vast knowledge in Commercial Properties, Subdivisions, Condominiums and Residential Homes ensuring that his clients are well informed in their real estate transactions. DuRant is married with 4 daughters, 1 son and 3 grandchildren. He presently serves on the Board of Deacons and is the Sunday School Superintendent at Mullins Presbyterian Church. 	Robert Schneider Bob graduated from Victory High School in Clarksburg, West Virginia and went on to earn a BS degree from Salem College and a Masters degree from West Virginia University. He coached and taught school in Doddridge County, West Virginia and Harrison County, West Virginia. Bob also coached college basketball at Cal Poly and Virginia Tech. Bob became a licensed real estate agent in 1987 and a licensed broker in 1990. Bob is also licensed in State of North Carolina. Bob and his partner, DuRant Martin, have offices in Mullins, South Carolina and North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Bob is a member of the Coastal Carolina Board of Realtors, North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce and Little River Elks Club. He is the father of two children, four grandchildren and resides at the Long Bay Club.

	Ralph Hunn Born in Heidelberg, Germany, Ralph has lived in Myrtle Beach since 1972. His first venture in real estate was in 1983, was with his father, Erich Hunn, who has been a real estate broker in the area for more than 30 years. Ralph has worked in the restaurant business with his family, has been an award winning sales leader in automobile sales, has owned his own highly popular restaurant & nightclub- Night Moods- and owned/operated a national sign franchise. For more than 30 years, Ralph has built a strong reputation of serving his customers, and is well-known for his thoughtfulness and caring spirit. 	Bill Coote World traveled, experienced, gentleman, and attentive to details. Bill Coote has spent more than 20 years in the Textile industry traveling to many European countries, Mexico and America. When textiles went south, he adjusted with a career change to an auto Parts Company based in Detroit. Originally from Leicester, England, he moved to Marion, SC via New York 22 years ago. He played many sports including football (soccer) rugby, cricket, and participated in 20 mile road walks. He is a member of the First United Methodist Church in Marion. Bill resides in Marion, SC. with his wife Norma and was immediately inducted into the South Carolina Gamecock fan club. He is the father of two girls Sara and Adelaide. Background and Accomplishments Bill attended Charles Keene College in Leicester, England and Florence Darlington Technical College. 	Dawn Floyd Dawn was born in Hemingway, SC but was raised in Mullins, SC. She graduated from Pee Dee Academy and later Francis Marion University with a BS in Early Childhood Education. She has taught school since 1978. Besides teaching, Dawn loves real estate. She attended Fortune Academy in Myrtle Beach and acquired her real estate license in 2004. She is a member of the Pee Dee Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Her and her husband, Allen, have two children. Dawn and Allen are members of Mullins First Baptist Church. Her hobbies include gardening, decorating and shopping. 	Johnny Shelley Born and raised in rural Horry County, South Carolina, Johnny graduated from Floyds High School (currently known as Green Sea Floyds High School) in 1966. He went to business school in Columbia, SC which led to a career in sales involving real estate, insurance, and automobiles. Earning numerous sales and management awards, Johnny retired from insurance in 2007 and has been working again in real estate compiling more than ten years in the field. Johnny is a licensed real estate agent and is a member of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors. Johnny and his wife, Margaret has been blessed with two sons with wonderful wives and further blessed with four absolutely grand grandchildren. He is an active member of Pleasant View Baptist Church in Nichols, SC.

	Mary (Hubbard) Tortorici Mary is a native of Marion, SC which was named after General Francis Marion, a Revolutionary War Hero! Her heritage runs deep in the Pee Dee Area of Marion. After high school and some college, Mary lived in historic Charleston, SC for ten years, and then moved to Savannah, GA where she and her husband raised their two children. Later they bought and renovated the historic “Bloody Point Range Lighthouse” on Daufuskie Island, SC and listed it on the National Historic Register using it as a summer home. Hilton Head Island, SC was home for a short time until she remarried and moved to Pennsylvania for seven years, then back to SC via Marion, Pawleys Island, SC and then back to hometown of Marion. “Real Estate is my living, my passion.
